Service description

Kaladont is a Discord bot and website that let you play the classic Balkan word-chain game (kaladont/kalodont) inside Discord servers.

Accounts

Accounts are created via Discord OAuth. Keeping the Discord account secure is the user's responsibility.

Acceptable use

• No spam.
• No bots or automated clients that abuse the game.
• No attempts to circumvent the daily cap (Free tier = 5000 plays per channel per day).

Premium

• $10 per month, per Discord server.
• No auto-renewal. Each month is purchased manually; until the previously-paid period ends Kaladont runs unrestricted, and after that the server reverts to Free until you buy another month.
• There is nothing to cancel, since every purchase is one-shot. When you no longer want Premium, simply don't buy the next month.
• Generally no refunds for purchases already made.
• Prices may change with 30-day notice, so future purchases will be at the new price.

Refund policy

• Refunds only at our discretion (duplicate payments, mistakes).
• A chargeback filed without first contacting support may result in a permanent ban.

Privacy

Intellectual property

• The Kaladont name, site content, and code are ours.
• Discord trademarks belong to Discord Inc.
• The game itself (kaladont/kalodont) is a folk game and is not proprietary.

Termination

• We may suspend accounts for terms violations.
• You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability

The service is provided "as is," with no uptime guarantees.
